Tom, Knight, Ann and a Horse and Rider
Tom and I took a little road trip to visit his cousins Knight and Ann Kiplinger at their beautiful farm in Poolesville, Maryland. We could not have had a better time. Here are a few photos including a tree in the back yard, a horse and rider, and the cousins in front of their house at Montevideo.

Ohhhh the Warblers
Yesterday and today I came across dozens of warblers all settled down in the berries deep in the woods in Valley Forge. Oh what a thrill it was and I may go back tomorrow and see if they are still there. Here are a few images. Click a photo to get a better view.

300 West Elm Street
Today was closing day for a new condo in Conshohocken. I needed a place to put all of my stored furniture after leaving Glenmary Lane and Yumiko and Jessi needed a good place to live while they are finishing school. So..... we went ahead and did it! Here I am with Tom and our great real estate agent Tom Moretti after signing all the papers. Oh life, another new chapter begins.
