A Touching Moment

Two squirrels were playing in the top of a tree in Charlestown Meadows. They were talking to each other for some time (I could hear their squeaking).  Then one squirrel leaned up and touched the other one on the nose.  So darling!!

New Sony A1!!!

 It's been a long time since I've posted.  The main reason is because I got a new camera!!  A Sony A1 with a 200 - 600mm lens.  This new camera may just help me replace my big huge Nikon 600mm.  It has not been easy for me to learn as it is a whole other system.  I tried my darnedest to send it back, but somehow after lots of adventure, I am finally outside again almost every single day getting used to this new machine.  Here's a picture of a squirrel today in Charlestown Meadows.  I took it with the new Sony and the new lens AND a 1.4X teleconverter giving me just a little more reach.  Oh it's going to be fun!

 Ahh the bluebirds of Valley Forge.  They were everywhere yesterday.
