Carol Scafuro

My wonderful, funny, sweet, dear friend Carol Scafuro came to visit for three days.  We walked, talked, watched funny movies, took pictures, and laughed until we cried.  She cooked the most fabulous meals - the best most lovely roast chicken and vegetables; even more delicious soba noodles with toasted sesame, fresh vegetables in some amazing sauté, and mashed sweet turnips, carrots, celery root and what have you.  There is nothing better than a wonderful old friend.
