Kingfisher in the Rain

The government shutdown has forced me to go to Eastern College Pond each day for my photo fix rather than going to Valley Forge National Park or John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.  However, the pond has been a treasure trove every day.  Today I talked to this little Kingfisher as he posed in the rain.
